Cancellation & Refund Policy: Early customers will have the ability to cancel within the first 28 days after placing their order to accommodate any immediate changes in plans. Beyond that period, there will be an 8-month window where cancellations/refunds will not be permitted. When will my bike ship? - The first batch of bikes is estimated to ship at the end of this year, 2024 in Q4.

Currently, the NX1 doesn't have pedal assist but it's in the pipeline for future models. We're constantly innovating to bring the best riding experience, and pedal assist is part of our upcoming enhancements.

Charging times for our batteries vary: the 28Ah battery requires 1.5 hours with a 10-amp charger or 3 hours with a 5-amp charger, while the 50Ah battery takes 3 hours with a 10-amp charger or 6 hours with a 5-amp charger.
