FULL WARRANTY POLICY FOR NEXX LIGHT ELECTRIC VEHICLES BIKES

Nexx Light Electric Vehicles warrants that bikes sold are free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship upon delivery. Each bike component is covered by a limited 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty encompasses manufacturing defects; however, normal wear and tear is not covered. It is exclusive to the original buyer and does not transfer to subsequent owners. Damages resulting from abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or usage beyond the intended purpose are not covered. Nexx Light Electric Vehicles grants a 6-month guarantee solely for manufacturing defects.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty applies exclusively to purchases in the United States. Exclusions include normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, misuse, modifications, improper battery storage or charging, third-party parts, lost or damaged keys, and usage for purposes other than intended.

Conditions for Warranty Validity: The bike must be directly purchased from nexxlev.com or an authorized retailer. Warranty validity requires the original purchaser, professional assembly, and adherence to the intended use. The rider must be 18 years or older and comply with specified weight limits.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

Initiating a Claim: Report initial faults within 6 months. Immediately contact us for shipping damage claims.

Evaluation and Submission: Submit video or photographic evidence for warranty claims. Nexx Light Electric Vehicles reserves the right to determine the validity of claims.

Resolution: Valid claims will be covered within the 6-month initial period. Replacement parts will be shipped within the 6-month period at no charge, with the owner bearing any labor costs.

Inspection and Freight Claims: Inspect the bike upon receipt and report issues within 5 days. Freight claims are time-sensitive; email photos or videos to our Support Team for a swift resolution.

Post 6-month Repair Period: Replacement parts will be shipped at the owner's cost after the 6-month period. Email photos or videos for issue diagnosis.
