CANCELLATION, REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in original condition for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
PRE-ORDER Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Customers placing pre-orders for the NX1 acknowledge the terms and conditions outlined herein. Early cancellation and refund requests can be accommodated within 28 days from the date of placing the order but will incur a 5% transaction fee. This fee is charged to us upon initial purchase and is non-refundable. Such requests should be communicated directly to our customer service team via the specified channels.
Beyond the initial 28-day window, cancellations and refunds will not be facilitated for a subsequent period of eight months. If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund after the 8 months, there will a 5% transaction fee. This credit ard processing fee is charged to us upon initial purchase and is non-refundable. This policy aims to balance customer flexibility while ensuring streamlined production planning and scheduling for an efficient delivery process. The first batch of NX1 Bikes is set to ship at the end of 2024 in Q4.
Customers must understand that this policy is designed to maintain a fair and efficient order fulfillment process for all customers. By placing a pre-order, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms, understanding the commitments involved in the pre-ordering process. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
